I am attorney Vicki K. Anderson, and I provide effective immigration law services with a highly personal touch. My firm is located in the Minneapolis, Minnesota, suburb of Burnsville. The international perspective that I acquired throughout the years gives me insight into the needs and concerns of individuals, families and businesses from around the world.

I Know The U.S. Government’s Requirements And How Your Case Will Be Processed

My goal is to achieve your objective as quickly and with as little stress as possible. This is true whether you are seeking to obtain a U.S. green card or some type of nonimmigrant visa, bringing eligible family members or a fiancé to live with you in the United States or resolving naturalization or other citizenship issues.

There are many government agencies involved with the practice of U.S. immigration law, including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). All of them work according to their own missions, but I know very well what they are looking for from you and the proper procedures to follow. While hiring an attorney will not make the U.S. government process your case any faster, I can help make the process go as smoothly as possible by making sure that when there are multiple steps in a case, I prepare the next step while the current step is being processed by the government.

As a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), I sometimes have access to government contact information, which is not available to members of the public. When there is a complication with a case, I can obtain assistance from an AILA liaison who has even more direct access to certain individuals at the government agency involved with the matter.

Finally, I help take away some of the worry that people experience when processing immigration cases. I accomplish all this by staying up to date on immigration law and regulations, paying attention to details, calling on my established network of contacts whenever needed and treating your requests as though they were my own.

I Am Mindful Of Your Costs

A U.S. immigration case can be an expensive undertaking if procedures are not correctly followed and legal work is left open-ended. That is why I offer most of my standard services on a flat-fee basis: to help you better gauge costs. The flat fee not only reduces your financial anxiety, but also encourages me to be as detailed and accurate as possible in advancing your case.
